VNAIC web accounts

In May 2013, VNAIC’s Editorial Board Message sent web accounts (username and password) to the individuals/organizations who are in the user list of purchasing, exchanging or receiving Viet Nam AIS publications.

 

With the provided accounts, the users are granted to:

Guidance on Viet Nam AIP/AIP AMDT access:

Step 1: Visit the "Products", choose "AIP & AIP AMDT".

Step 2: Click on the link "AIP & AIP AMDT".

Step 3: Enter the granted "Username" and "Password". Click "Login".

Step 4: Continue clicking on the link as instructed.

Step 5: Click on the link AIP (shown by the effective date of the latest amendment, for example, "30 JUL 2013") in the "Currently effective issue" You can view, download or print content as your intended need.

 

Guidance on accessing the Automated AIS System via AIS website:

Step 1: Visit the "Products", choose the product(s) you need access to the AIS system: NOTAM, PIB or FPL.

Step 2: Click on the link "CADAS ATS Application " in the product introduction that you have selected.

Step 3: Enter the granted AIS website account ("Username" and "Password"). Click "Login".

Step 4: Continue clicking on the link as instructed.

Step 5: Download the file named "center.jnlp." Note: To download and open this file, your computer must be installed with Java. And when your browser warns about the risk of AIS system access from the website, you need to click on "I understand the risk" to keep accessing.

Step 6: Open the downloaded file "center.jnlp". The window "CADAS Center Terminal" will appear.

Step 7: Enter your CADAS ATS application account that your terminal has been granted with the operation of the Automated AIS system. You successfully access to AIS system through AIS website.
